Workout of the Day 09-21-16

Conditioning:
15 Minutes, As Many Rounds as Possible:
10 Calorie Bike
10 Burpees
10 Kettlebell Swings 1.5/1
10 Goblet Squats
10 KB Push Press (5each arm)
10 KB Front Rack Lunges (5each leg)

Rest 10 Minutes, Then Repeat

Goal is to have both 15 minute workouts same pace, same output.
