Sumo Deadlift 5 x 3
Single Leg RDL 5 x 3

Day Three
Bent Over Row + Bench Press 5 x 5
Strict Pull-Up + Overhead Press 5 x 5
Banded Push-Ups + Banded Pulls 3 x 20
