Jon started coaching CrossFit in 2016; he has been an athlete and an instructor/trainer for the military much of his adult life. Prior to starting CrossFit in 2013, Jon was a competitive swimmer and a triathlete having competed in many different triathlons. In the military, Jon is a Master Sergeant and an Instructor/Trainer for the US Army Chemical School. He has been leading and training soldiers for 18 of his 22 year military career. Jon absolutely loves helping people better themselves; which is why he is so involved in our supportive community. Outside of the gym, Jon is a father of 4 so spends the majority of his time with family.
