Billy has been a CrossFit coach since 2012. He was introduced to CrossFit by a friend in college. What started out as just a fun way to train, quickly turned into a real passion. A few quick months after learning about CrossFit he earned his Level 1 Certificate and began coaching fellow students using CrossFit’s principles. Billy began as a CRCR member in 2014, and has been our head coach since the Fall of 2015.  He has his Master’s in Strength and Conditioning, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Outside of the gym Billy enjoys volunteering, hiking, and spending time with his friends and family.
