Carl was a typical gym goer, doing “chest and tri’s, and back and bi’s” until a military buddy introduced him to CrossFit in 2014 and he immediately became addicted. The level of difficulty, attention to detail, and sense of community fit his personality perfectly. His CrossFit journey continued when he retired from the police department in 2016, and attended the L1 course so that he could share his love of CrossFit with others. His goal is to continue to learn and improve as a coach, while helping others meet their fitness goals.
