3 minutes: Child’s Pose, Arms Behind Head; Saddle Pose; Lizard.

Weekend Homework
3 Minutes: Lie on Back, Butt Against Wall & Feet up.
3 Minutes: Open Legs for Inner Thigh Stretch.
