*Every drop, farmers carry down and back
100 Bent Over Row, same weight as above
*Every drop, 10-20 push-ups

Tuesday
10-9-8-7-6-5-5-5 Back Squat
4 x 8 Front Squat
3 x 6 RDL

Thursday
8 Rep Max Back Squat
5 Rep Max Block Pull (from right below knee)
4 x 10 RDL
