Conditioning
10 Rounds for Time
100 Meter Run
10 Kettlebell Swings (10 Hang Power Clean 115/75)
8 Burpees (8 Burpee over Bar)
6 Renegade Rows (10 Chest to Bar)
20 Double Unders (35 Double Unders)
*alternate between movements so that each round you are doing the opposite exercises
