Workout of the Day 11-23-18

Conditioning
Teams of 2 complete:
3 Rounds each, both working at same time
Partner 1 – 100′ Dumbbell Walking Lunges (35/25)
Partner 2 – 100 Jump Rope (Double Unders)
AND
Each Round both partners complete alternating 30 burpees I go, you go (15 each)
