Workout of the Day 07-30-18

Strength
5 Minutes, Every 30 Seconds
1 Squat Clean or Power Clean (add load every round)
Rest 2 minutes and then repeat for another 5 minutes

Conditioning
4 Person Teams
4 Rounds each
50 Meter Sled Push (fast)
6 D-Ball Cleans
10 Burpees
*1 partner does a full round, then the next partner goes until everyone completes 4 SPRINT rounds.
