Back Squat 70% x 5, 75% x 4, 80% x 3, 85% x 2, 90% x 1, Establish 1RM
If lifting in Saturday April 1 Meet, Establish Opening Lift(s)

Day Three
10 Incline Dumbbell Bench Press, Superset with 10 Strict Pullups
Do Set 1 on tallest bench setting, Set 2 on 2nd tallest bench setting…last set on the flat or decline bench setting.
Rest 2 minutes between sets.
