Minute 1: 15-20 Second Bike Sprint
Minute 2:  8-10 Dips (6-8 Strict Handstand Push-Ups)
Minute 3: 6-8 Dumbbell Burpee Box Step Ups (8 Burpee Box Jump Overs 30/24)
